With 20 years of personal training experience, Jon has advanced training in functional anatomy, movement assessment, and integrated program design. His premier level of education, experience and proficiency enable him to understand the nuance of when, where, and how to apply his knowledge to maximize each clients individual concerns and needs. As a specialist who employs a creatively distinct training method, his focus is on teaching and implementing customized programs to restore muscle function for optimal performance in sports, life, and play.
