Then, we’ll keep your body challenged with new exercises and workout protocols, so improvements are steady and noticeable. At Back Cove Personal Fitness, you can expect the exercises to be varied and engaging with every workout.
Our trainers are full-time fitness professionals, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. who specialize in strength training and fitness programs for active adults and seniors. Training takes place in our private studio at 50 Cove Street in Portland, Maine, or we can come to you — we offer in-home personal training in Portland, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Scarborough, Cumberland Foreside, or witihin 15 minutes of our studio. Virtual online sessions are also available anywhere in the world.
