At Back Cove Personal Fitness, we specialize in senior fitness training for older adults throughout Greater Portland — including Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, and the surrounding communities. Sessions are available at our private studio on Cove Street or at your home within 15 minutes of our facility.
