Erin Pike, PT, DPT

Erin Pike, PT, DPT, brings a diverse and meaningful range of experience to her work. She
earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from the University of Maine
Orono in 2012 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in
2015.
Early in her career, Erin specialized in men’s and women’s pelvic health before shifting her focus
to sports orthopedics. Her expertise extends beyond traditional physical therapy; she is also a
200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, with a specialization in Yin and Ashtanga yoga. Additionally
she has ongoing experience in acute care physical therapy, has worked with neuro-optometrists,
and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of New England.
Erin’s treatment approach is comprehensive and hands-on, incorporating manual therapies and
neuromuscular re-education. She focuses on retraining posture, movement, and breathing
patterns to help clients reduce chronic pain, recover from acute injuries, and improve their
overall quality of life. Currently, she is studying to implement the principles of the Postural
Restoration Institute into her practice.
