With a passion for health and wellness, Patty brings to each client session more than a decade of experience in the fitness field. Her goal is for clients to discover their own personal body potential. She believes that age is only a number, and the only limitations people have are the ones they place on themselves. Through individual program design, clients can regain optimal levels of endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and power.
